Pricing
This year Santa it trying to keep it simple.
Within 5 miles of Midsomer Norton £100 per hour.
Bookings between 5 and 15 miles away from Midsomer Norton, £125 per hour.
Bookings over 15 miles from Midsomer Norton, £100 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
Please Contact us for bookings more than 25 miles away.
There a discounts available for some Charities, Primary Schools and Care Homes.
There is a small degree of flexibility in pricing. If you think you have a good case, get in touch.
Special Requests: If you would like anything unusual (for example setting up a Wedding Proposal) it may incur an additional fee. Please discus these with us before you book, as we may not be able to help you if you wait until Santa arrives. Often there is no additional fee, but each case is priced on its own merits.
This especially applies to extra time.
That Dreaded Small Print.
'From': All distances will be decided through using the shortest route shown on Goole Maps at the time of booking, using Midsomer Norton Town Hall as the starting Point. If you wish to ensure Santa's punctuality, setting aside a convenient parking spot is a great help.

Travel: If you need Santa to travel further from his Somerset base in Midsomer Norton than normal, he may need to feed the Reindeer a bit extra. Pulling Santa is hard work! This needs to be arranged in plenty of time, carries a cost per extra mile, and is dependant upon availability, so book early if you might need this! Any incurred fees, such as Tolls, parking or ULEZ zone fees etc, will be added to the booking fee. Distances will be decided using the shortest route shown by Google maps at the time of booking. Journeys are measured from Midsomer Norton Town Hall
The Christian Message of Christmas: Bookings are normally conducted in a secular manner. However Santa is happy to include the Christian message of Christmas in home bookings. Just let us know ahead of time.
Before and After: Santa will normally arrive disguised as a member of the public. He will need a private place for about 15 mins to transform back into Santa before the visit, and when he is ready he will ring his bell. Santa has Arrived! After the booking he will need about 20 minutes somewhere private to get back into his disguise before he leaves.
Payment:
50% deposit must be made within 3 working days of us accepting the booking. Payment details will be provided.
THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
The balance must be paid no later than 28 days before the booking. Failure to do so will be taken as your cancellation of the booking.
Time and/or date changes are possible 7 days or more the booking, as long as the desired new time or date are free. Contact us to discuss options.
Cancellation: Cancellation by the client between 28 and 7 days of the booking will result in the refunding of 50% of the second half of the booking fee. Cancellations within 7 days will receive no refund. In cases of severe hardship, please contact us.
Liability: If we have to cancel a booking, or exigent circumstances dictate we cannot attend, (not something we ever do lightly), we accept no liability for any costs other than the booking fee, which will be returned in full.
Publication: You do not have permission to use images of our Santa in your social media, advertising or promotional material without prior consent. This will normally be an additional fee, or full credit, positive comments and links to our website. Which option, if either is required, will be discussed at time of booking.
